Serenity Developments was formed in 2019 by principals Gavin Perfect and Stuart Sutton, along with managing director, Khun Rattikhan Sutton. Combining over 50 years of property sales & development along Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard, Serenity Developments has quickly become one of the regions hottest and most productive property development companies.

British native Gavin Perfect has been working in Thailand since 2000 both in the real estate sector and in more recent years as project director for both the Nova Group and presently with ESS Asia.

Projects recently managed include the Marriott Courtyard in Wongamat, Holiday Inn Express on Soi Buakow in Central Pattaya, Amari Residences & Suites, Nam Talay Condo in Jomtien and many more private home, condo, and industrial level builds.

Gavin speaks fluent Thai and comes complete with a support team of engineers, designers and project managers that are able to assist on a daily basis.

British/Canadian Stu Sutton has been a fixture in Pattaya real estate since 2001 including owning and operating Jomtien Property since 2005. He has extensive market knowledge as well as a large client base and liases daily with many other agents and developers in the area. He has also designed, built and renovated many houses and condos in the Pattaya/Jomtien area over the past 15 years.

Thai national, Khun Rattikhan Sutton has also been in the property sales and marketing business for over 15 years and has formed strong connections with both clients and government agencies, proving extremely valuable in the logistics of property development.

These combined efforts and their close personal and professional ties over the past 20 years led to the formation of Serenity Developments and has so far brought great success with their first project, the 27-unit luxury pool villa project, Serenity Jomtien Villas.

In just 8 months, by December 2021, sales of 50% have been achieved,
as has approximately 60% of the building works at Serenity Jomtien Villas.

The latest project, Zensiri by Serenity, will launch in April 2022, and will consist of 16 luxury pool villas on Koh Chang island, adjacent to the Centara Hotel in Klong Prao, just 200m to wonderful sandy beaches and surrounded by 5-star hotels, restaurants and other conveniences.
